Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Aide to provide compassionate in-home comfort care to patients in Santa Fe, NM. The role supports the hospice team to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, helping patients remain at home with loved ones.

Applicants should have a Certified Nursing Assistant credential; in NM licensure may not be required if the candidate meets specific training and employment criteria. CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification is highly preferred.
• NM allows applicants without licensure if they are already licensed/certified aides or have completed a state-approved nurse aide training program with 24 months of continuous employment.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort care to hospice patients in their homes.
