Compassus is seeking a Hospice Aide to provide compassionate, home-based care to patients and their families. You will work as part of a hospice team to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, delivering comfort and dignity at the end of life.

Certified Nursing Assistants who are CPR-certified are highly preferred. Applicants should be able to support patients at home and coordinate with family members, physicians, and other caregivers.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort care to patients at home, enabling them to remain with loved ones.
• Collaborate with the hospice team to meet each patient’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Help patients approach their final days with joy, peace, and dignity.
