• Minimum of 2 years of experience in grief, loss and/or bereavement support for individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a bereavement program for patients and families.
• Ensure bereavement care plans, calls and mailings meet regulatory requirements.
• Support hospice philosophy and mission in daily operations.
