Brighton Hospice is seeking a Director of Aide Services to lead and oversee our aide staff, ensuring care aligns with assessments and care plans under nursing management. You will mentor staff, manage schedules, ensure charting, and implement policies while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Collaborating with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and CNA leadership, you will drive service excellence and staff development in a growing national hospice organization.

Formación

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year leadership experience.
• Previous hospice or CNA experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strong leadership to the aide team; mentor and develop staff and provide ongoing training.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and scheduling for aides in collaboration with the aide coordinator.
• Ensure charting is completed by all aides and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations.
• Collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and CNA leadership to deliver care.
