Constellation Hospice is seeking a dynamic CNA to join our team serving Horsham, Lansdale, and Jamison, PA. The role includes assisting with personal care, patient and family collaboration, and working under RN supervision. Mileage reimbursement is available as you travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Must have completed state-approved CNA training and competency evaluation.
• Active CNA license in good standing.

• Basic knowledge of iOS operating system.

Responsibilities

Constellation Hospice is seeking a dynamic Hospice CNA to join our team!This role will cover Horsham, Lansdale, Jamison, PA! Mileage reimbursement is available!The primary function of the (CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant is to assist with personal care, to provide assistance and to work cooperatively with the patient and family. The Hospice Aide will be trained in appropriate and safe techniques for performing personal hygiene and grooming tasks that include bed bath, sponge bath, and shower bath, and hair shampooing in sink, tub, and bed.
