Job summary

Choice Hospice, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA/HHA) in Tucson, AZ. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, assist with transfers, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.

Qualifications include CNA/HHA and LTC certifications, CPR, valid driver's license and auto insurance; HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred. We offer full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current CNA/HHA and LTC certifications.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Valid Auto Insurance.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN direction and according to the Plan of Care.
• Assist with safe transfers and ambulation per agency policy.
• Report changes and document pertinent information and care render to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain infection control principles and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Promote respectful communication with patient, family and staff.
• Assist in managing and coordinating agency operations and time management.
