Job summary

Holisticare Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA/HHA) to provide compassionate end-of-life care in patients' homes. You’ll work with the nursing team to ensure physical, emotional, and personal needs are met with dignity and respect.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and a supportive benefits package. Applicants must have a current HHA or CNA license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid HHA license or CNA license required.
• Minimum 6 months hospice or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care following the plan of care to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, oral hygiene, bedding, clothing, and grooming.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold patient satisfaction.
• Support families by sharing knowledge and assisting in home care for terminally ill loved ones.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency standards and regulations.
