Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Missouri is hiring a Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary care team. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

This full-time role offers a daytime schedule 8:00am–5:00pm with rotational weekends, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to provide personal care and daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care including bathing, nail care, oral hygiene, dressing.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
• Travel to patient homes and provide care as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
