Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our in-home care team. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will assist patients with personal care and daily living activities to promote comfort and dignity.

You will travel to patient homes across our service area, document care provided, and report observations to the care team. A current CNA certification, valid driver's license, and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
• Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene.
• Record vital signs and report observations to the care team.
• Travel to patient homes and provide in-home care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities to promote comfort and dignity.
• Collaborate with the care team under RN supervision.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Support meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
