Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Hospice Nursing Aide (STNA) to provide direct patient care and support the comfort and dignity of our clients in the Coshocton/Cambridge areas.

You will assist with daily living activities, document notes, and work within an interdisciplinary team to carry out the plan of care.

Qualifications

• Provide direct patient care per plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
• Work with interdisciplinary team to implement the plan of care for comfort and dignity.

As a Hospice Aide you will be called to care when you're needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare, you'll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.

This position will cover both Coshocton/Cambridge areas

As a Hospice Nursing Aide (STNA), you will be:

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with plan of care
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status
• Working as part of an interdisciplinary team that helps establish and carry out their plan of care to provide comfort and dignity throughout their diagnosis

To qualify for a Hospice Nursing Aide (STNA) with us, you will need:

• State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification (Ohio Only)
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
• Reliable Transportation with Proof of Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
