Job summary

Interim HealthCare Hospice is seeking a Hospice Nursing Aide (STNA) to provide compassionate direct patient care in home settings under the plan of care. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor patient status, and work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comfort and dignity to clients.

Required STNA certification and reliable transportation. The role offers competitive pay, benefits, and flexible scheduling with daily-pay options where available.

Qualifications

• State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification is required.
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Reliable Transportation with Proof of Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement the plan of care and ensure patient comfort and dignity.

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with plan of care
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status
• Working as part of an interdisciplinary team that helps establish and carry out their plan of care to provide comfort and dignity throughout their diagnosis
