Job summary

Interim HealthCare Hospice & Palliative Care in Centerville, OH is seeking a Hospice Nursing Aide ( STNA ) to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. You will work directly with patients to provide essential daily support and participate in a collaborative care team to ensure comfort and dignity throughout the patient’s care plan.

The role emphasizes one-on-one patient care, attention to detail, reliable transportation, and adherence to the plan of care.

Qualifications

• State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification is required.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and document notes.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance per plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement the care plan and provide comfort and dignity.

As a Hospice Nursing Aide ( STNA ), you will be:

• Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with plan of care
• Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status
• Working as part of an interdisciplinary team that helps establish and carry out their plan of care to provide comfort and dignity throughout their diagnosis

To qualify for a Hospice Nursing Aide ( STNA ) with us, you will need:

• State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification - required
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
• Reliable Transportation with Proof of Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
