Caris is seeking an Admissions RN in Dickson, TN to coordinate all aspects of patient admissions and educate families about hospice services. The role ensures a smooth intake to program admission and collaborates with hospitals, nursing homes, and referral staff for a positive patient experience.

The position offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus with annual pay between $70,000 and $80,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and paid training.

Qualificações

• Requires RN license in operating state.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage admissions paperwork accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate hospice services to prospective patients, families and referral sources.
• Gathers intake information and confirms benefits with referral center.
• Educates referral sources, patients’ families and community about hospice utilization and benefits.
• Completes admissions paperwork from patients and referrals.
• Coordinates admissions with multiple pending requests and ensures timely process.
