Caris is seeking a dedicated Admissions RN in Springfield, TN. This role offers a $6000 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $74,000 to $80,000 annually based on experience. The Admissions RN will coordinate all aspects of patient admissions, ensuring a smooth process while educating families on hospice services.

Qualifications

Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the state of operation.
Must be knowledgeable regarding high quality hospice care.
Must possess good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Communicate hospice services to prospective patients and families.
Gathers initial intake information for confirmation of benefits.
Educate families and referral sources regarding hospice utilization.
Complete admissions paperwork by obtaining necessary information.
Coordinate follow-up with referral sources.
Conduct clinical evaluations and serve as a resource for marketing staff.
