Queen City Hospice is seeking a Hospice Admissions Nurse to guide patients and families at the start of their hospice journey. You will conduct pre-admission evaluations, educate families about services, obtain consent, and begin the admission process.

The role requires an RN license, CPR certification, and strong clinical judgment. Hospice experience is preferred but not required, with a support-focused team and stable schedule to ensure compassionate care.
