Queen City Hospice in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Hospice Admissions RN to guide patients and families at the start of their hospice journey. The role includes pre-admission evaluations and educating families about services, with a focus on comfort and quality of life.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited RN program and an active RN license in the state of practice, plus CPR certification. Hospice experience is a plus but not required; strong independent judgment and compassionate

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Hospice experience preferred, not required.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.
• Compassionate communication with patients and families.

Responsabilités
