Compassus is hiring a Hospice Admission Registered Nurse (RN) to assess hospice eligibility, coordinate initial care plans, and support patients and families. The role offers competitive pay, strong onboarding, and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a licensed RN with at least two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred) and a current CPR/BCLS certification, you will join a team dedicated to compassionate home-based care. A valid driver\'s license is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• RN license in the state you work; CPR/BCLS certification required.
• Current driver\'s license also required to operate in the field.

Responsabilités

• Enable patients to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy.
• Assess patients for hospice eligibility and explain hospice care services to patients, families/caregivers.
• Collaborate with the Inter-Disciplinary Team members regarding initial plan of care, patient\'s condition, and other essential information.
