Moments Hospice in Green Bay, WI is seeking a qualified Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time daytime position (Monday–Friday, 12:00 pm–8:00 pm). You will play a pivotal role in admitting patients to hospice care, initiating care plans, and coordinating with the care team to ensure patient comfort and dignity at the end of life.
