Moments Hospice in Appleton, WI is seeking an Admissions RN to join our compassionate team. This full-time role supports patient admissions and strives to keep patients comfortable in their final days, weeks, and months.

Hours are Monday–Friday 12:00 pm–8:00 pm. A fleet car benefit with gas and insurance covered reduces commute stress and supports both business and personal use as you focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Wisconsin.
• Experience in hospice care is preferred.
• Admissions role with autonomy and variety.

Responsibilities

• Admissions RN coordinates patient admissions to hospice care and ensures comfort during final days/weeks/months.
