Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of related experience strongly preferred.
• Experience communicating with physicians, nurses and healthcare staff is highly preferred.
• Experience in insurance and Medicare/Medicaid billing and reimbursement is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process patient referrals and coordinate admissions.
• Attend staff meetings and community events as requested.
• Contact physicians to secure admission orders and pre-certification authorizations.
• Schedule consent and RN assessment visits; explain hospice services and benefits.
