VITAS Healthcare Corporation seeks a program senior leader to guide the Admissions Department, driving leadership, strategy, customer focus, analysis and knowledge management, and workforce and operations results.

The role partners with National, Division and Regional leadership to improve performance, quality and growth, ensures rollout of initiatives, and develops a high-performing, customer-centric admissions team through coaching and development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years nursing preferred.
• 3+ years in a leadership/management role preferred.
• Hospice admissions experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with leadership, patients, families, managers, coworkers, and vendors.
• Proficient with technology and comfortable learning new tools (Excel, MS Teams, PowerBI, SharePoint).

Responsabilités

• Lead Admissions Department strategy, operations, and results.
• Develop nurse, liaison, program scheduler, and other staff leadership skills through coaching and training.
• Collaborate with National/Division/Region leadership to improve performance, quality and growth.
• Oversee rollout and sustainability of initiatives across the program.
• Coach staff through field coaching, account development, and community activities.
