• Minimum of 2 years of direct hospice experience (implied leadership focus).
• Strong understanding of federal and state hospice regulations and Medicare/Medicaid compliance.
• Experience with budgeting, strategic planning, and operational management.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to ethical leadership and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and management of hospice services.
• Lead and support an established team, fostering a stable, engaged workplace.
