Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead growth, stabilization, and turnaround initiatives.
• Oversee IDG processes, care planning, and documentation.
• Ensure CMS CoPs compliance and survey readiness.
• Develop long- and short-term plans aligned with strategy.
• Manage multi-site operating budgets and financial performance.
