Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is recruiting a Director Hospice Administration to lead multi-site hospice operations in San Diego. You will drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize patient-centered end-of-life care while coordinating with medical directors and hospital partners.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in hospice/palliative care and at least 4 years in management, with CA RN or PHN preferred. A master's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years clinical and/or administrative hospice/palliative care.
• 4 years of management experience.
• PHN or RN preferred (CA).
• Master's or Bachelor's with relevant experience as substitute.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multi-site hospice operations.
• Lead growth, stabilization, and turnaround initiatives.
• Oversee IDG processes, care planning, and documentation.
• Ensure CMS CoPs and QAPI compliance across sites.
• Maintain survey readiness and regulatory licensure.
