Job summary

Agrace is seeking an Account Manager in La Crosse, WI to manage sales and relationships with healthcare partners. This role focuses on growing new business and coordinating sales activities to expand access to Agrace’s hospice services.

You will work with clinical and community partners, maintain accounts, and help ensure eligible patients access Agrace care. Requires associate degree and healthcare sales experience; travel is involved.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of two years of healthcare sales or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Knowledge of healthcare partner operations including clinics, hospitals, and long-term care facilities.
• Demonstrated success in clinical sales/marketing with a strong sense of developing and maintaining relationships.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with clinical and community leaders and key stakeholders to introduce Agrace’s continuum of services and convey our value proposition.
• Maintain regular in-person contact with assigned accounts and respond promptly.
• Request a commitment from referral sources to provide Agrace with opportunities.
• Identify and recommend areas of opportunity for Agrace where partnerships may be enhanced.
• Represent Agrace at community and clinical events, including weekends and evenings.
