Job summary

Agrace in Wisconsin seeks an Account Manager to manage sales and relationships with healthcare and community partners. You will grow new business, coordinate sales activities, and expand Agrace’s visibility to drive patient referrals across the continuum of services in the New Market.

This role requires strong relationship skills, a track record in clinical sales, bilingual Spanish preferred, and solid Microsoft Office and Salesforce use.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of healthcare sales or related experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with clinical and community leaders to introduce Agrace’s continuum of services and convey our value proposition.
• Maintain regular in-person contact with assigned accounts and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Develop strong working relationships with new market homecare staff and report customer concerns to Regional Sales Manager.
• Represent and network at community and clinical events, including weekends and evenings.
