Job summary

CCJ & Associates in Texas is seeking an Assembly Technician to build basic assemblies daily under the direction of a Custom Solutions Specialist, working within the Swagelok Assembly Certification program. The role includes hose fabrication in the Swagelok cell and assisting in more complex system builds.

You will obtain Swagelok Assembly Certifications, follow standard work procedures, and safely operate shop tools such as saws, tube facing tools, drills, grinders, and calipers.

Qualifications

• Swagelok assembly certifications to be obtained.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic shop math required.
• Experience with Swagelok products or similar shop experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hose Assembly - Thermoplastic and Coreflex
• Tube Fitting and Tube Adapter Assembly (all sizes) & Fitting Reassembly
• Threaded Fitting Assembly
• VCR/VCO Face Seal End Connection Assembly
• Automated Ball Valve Assembly
• Read and interpret drawings and sketches
• Package production orders
• Close production orders in SAP
• Additional certifications as released from Swagelok
