Cityscapes Plant Care Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring safety, efficiency, and accuracy across the team.

You will lead a staff of warehouse assistants, drivers, and seasonal workers while coordinating with the Director of Logistics on priorities and process improvements. The role requires 5+ years in warehouse roles, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and strong organizational and safety compliance skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in warehouse operations or logistics.
• At least 2 years in supervisory/leadership roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience training, coaching, and developing employees.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties.

Responsabilités

• Maintain clean, organized, and secure warehouse, loading dock, greenhouse, yard, and storage areas.
• Monitor inventory organization, material flow, and operational efficiency.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements.
• Lead daily warehouse safety initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate employee safety training and maintain training logs and records.
• Provide hands-on leadership to warehouse staff, drivers, and seasonal employees.
• Coordinate daily priorities with the Director of Logistics and adjust workflows as needed.
• Support inspections and audits readiness and participate in continuous improvements.
