Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or supply chain management preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent with minimum five years related warehouse management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a culture aligned with the organization’s vision, mission and values.
• Supervise and train warehouse associates to meet operational goals and safety standards.
• Identify, recruit and hire qualified warehouse staff.
• Oversee payroll, budgets, and staffing decisions to meet financial targets.
• Ensure timely communication with carriers and prompt deliveries/ pickups.
• Address corrective actions to align with company standards and resolve customer issues if needed.
• Implement sustainable solutions to reduce late shipments and protect assets.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and accurate documentation of incidents.
