Nursery Co. is seeking a Horticulture General Manager Trainee to join a prominent nursery company. The role involves training across multiple locations nationwide with relocation as needed, ultimately overseeing a nursery or greenhouse operation.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Horticulture or related field, 4+ years in production/greenhouse/nursery management, and a strong desire to advance to General Manager. Travel and relocation are required.

Responsabilités

• Train in all areas of nursery and greenhouse operations, including production, inventory, customer service, staff supervision, and hiring and developing sales teams.
• Learn best practices in plant health, irrigation, fertilization, pest management, and quality control.
• Assist with scheduling, team leadership, and operational planning.
• Develop the skills necessary to manage a successful nursery and greenhouse location.
