GPAC is seeking a Horticulture General Manager Trainee for a leading nursery company. The program trains you across production, greenhouse operations, staff supervision, and sales, with travel to multiple locations nationwide.

Upon completion, you will oversee and run a nursery location, with path to General Manager. The role requires a Bachelor's in Horticulture and 4+ years' related experience, and willingness to relocate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or related field is required.
• 4+ years' experience in Production Management or Nursery operations.
• Career-minded with potential to grow into General Manager.
• Willing to travel and relocate during training.

Responsabilités
