Horticultural Technicians make up the front line of our customer-facing team and have the most direct influence on the care of our plant designs and the quality of service we provide to our clients.
We are creating NEW environments where people THRIVE daily, and our installations department oversees the build-up, delivery, and initial IMPACT of new environment designs.
Branch Managers oversee the quality and efficiency of horticultural services, including team performance, training, inventory management, and customer care routing and scheduling. They also lead Account Executives and Design & Sales teams to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and a consistent customer experience across every touchpoint.
AE’s are responsible for the overall success and development of our relationships with our customers. AE’s oversee installations and quality of service in our accounts while focusing on additional sales and redesign opportunities.
Our Design & Sales team creates the vision and sets the stage for a successful plant program design by specifying the right plants for the environmental conditions and pairing decorative containers to complement client interior finishes.

Physical Requirements
This is strenuous work requiring good vision, hearing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and lifting. You must be able to work a 10-hour day in varying greenhouse and/or office conditions.
