Job summary

Petroleum Marketing Group in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help deliver an exceptional store experience and support the management team with daily tasks.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, merchandise the sales floor and cooler, perform housekeeping, handle cash with accuracy, and communicate daily issues to leadership. High school diploma or GED is preferred, and you should be able to lift, stand, and bend as needed.

• Customer service experience is essential.

Responsibilities

Candidate meets and exceeds customer expectations on an ongoing basis. To ensure every customer has been provided an exceptional experience, candidate must work with their team members and provide support to Management, to complete all store level tasks related to customer service, merchandising, daily cleaning, cash register duties, and other related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking
• Cooler Merchandising
• Vendor Check-Ins
• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect
• Support Management with other assigned tasks
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning

Requirements

Education
