Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in the child welfare field, including PAL, LPS, Foster Care, Conservatorship, or Family‑Based Services.

Responsibilities

• Provides day‑to‑day supervision and development of transportation staff.
• Manages daily transportation and visitation operations including service requests and staff schedules.
• Ensures safe, timely, reliable transportation and visits that support family connections and placement stability.
• Observes and documents parent‑child visits and communicates safety concerns.
• Develops training, procedures, tools, and resources to strengthen staff competency and safety.
