Job summary

North Homes Children and Family Services is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to provide direct, client-centered mental health services in a school-based setting. You will collaborate with a treatment team to design and implement personalized plans, document thoroughly, and coordinate services across systems of care.

You will improve emotional, social, and educational functioning while partnering with families, schools, and community stakeholders in a mission-driven agency.

Qualifications

• Meet Qualified Mental Health Practitioner criteria.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with high-risk youth and families in crisis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families, schools, and support networks—building strong partnerships.
• Develop and implement tailored mental health treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Accurately complete clinical documentation in accordance with timelines and billing guidelines.
• Stay abreast of field through ongoing training and professional development.
