Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Manager, Hilton Honors Program Economics, to shape the financial strategy and long-term evolution of Hilton Honors through data-driven analysis. You will develop analytical frameworks and financial models to evaluate initiatives, partnerships, and owner economics, informing executive decisions across Marketing, Finance, and Hilton Honors leadership.

Qualifications

Five (5) years of professional experience in strategy, finance, consulting, business analytics, loyalty, revenue management, or a related function
Demonstrated experience translating quantitative analyses into clear business recommendations
Experience building financial models and/or forecasts
Work hybrid schedule in McLean, VA or Dallas, TX office

Responsibilities

Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate Hilton Honors initiatives, balancing member value, hotel owner impact, and program financial performance
Translate complex quantitative analyses into concise, executive-ready recommendations for senior leadership
Support ongoing analysis and management of Hilton Honors performance, including executive reporting, Quarterly Business Reviews, forecasting, and program target setting
Serve as a subject matter expert on Hilton Honors program economics to support cross-functional projects
