Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with related experience.
• Experience in higher education student affairs or experiential learning preferred.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate retention and student success programming.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to students.
• Coordinate event logistics, outreach, and engagement activities with campus and community partners.
• Maintain records of participation, outreach efforts, and program activities.
• Represent the Honors College and Division at recruitment and campus events.
