Job summary

You will join Youngstown State University in Steubenville, supporting recruitment and enrollment across Steubenville and Youngstown locations. You’ll advise prospective students on policies, programs, and admissions steps, and lead events and visits to high schools, fairs, and community activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or communications.
• At least two years of experience in higher education or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students for Steubenville and Youngstown locations on enrollment policies and programs.
• Lead recruitment strategies and events across territories, including high school visits and fairs.
• Counsel first-year, transfer, and returning students through admissions process.
• Collaborate with Steubenville and Youngstown offices to ensure seamless enrollment experience.
• Maintain recruitment data and use Ellucian CRM Recruit and Banner for reporting.
• Develop and implement recruitment events offered in-person and virtually at Steubenville; assist at Youngstown campus as needed.
