Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience in accounting, finance, or related fields.
• Preferred: nonprofit, higher education, financial reporting, scholarship administration, or endowment management.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with review, reconciliation, and audit of Foundation endowment and scholarship fund balances.
• Maintain, update, and store endowment records and financial data within fund accounting and database systems.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain financial documentation related to endowment, scholarship, and restricted funds.
• Support fund reporting, audit preparation, and research of account discrepancies.
• Assist with donor communications and annual market value letters.
