Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical background; able to read blueprints and diagrams.
• Able to obtain licenses required by codes.
• Experience with hand tools and multi-meter.
• Capable of physical labor including lifting 50–70 lbs.
• Willing to travel out of town and work flexible hours.
• Strong customer service and safety mindset.
• Valid driver's license and driving record as per policy.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test sprinkler or suppression life safety systems.
• Perform routine inspections, service, and preventative maintenance.
• Document deficiencies clearly and accurately.
• Make minor repairs and programming changes as needed.
• Complete service acknowledgements with proper coding.
• Follow a structured inspection schedule and deadlines.
• Assist with installations and field tasks as required.
• Exercise safe practices and use diagnostic devices on-site.
