Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint for knowledge sharing, content management, and workflow automation.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, able to translate complex concepts for users.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities focused on knowledge retention and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and in teams in a dynamic environment.
• Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance user interfaces for collaboration systems within Microsoft 365, ensuring an intuitive and engaging experience.
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and implement process improvements to optimize usability, accessibility, and user experience.
• Design, configure, and manage SharePoint-based solutions to improve knowledge sharing, document management, and collaboration.
• Ensure implementations align with best practices, security policies, and organizational standards, while providing technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 tools to enhance digital collaboration, ensuring seamless integration across Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
• Work closely with stakeholders to assess needs and implement efficient knowledge-sharing solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Apply IM and KM principles to enhance content organization, retrieval, and governance.
• Define and implement information architecture, taxonomy strategies, and metadata standards to support data management and compliance.
• Provide backup support for Information and Knowledge Management functions across teams.
