Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 5-10 years experience in an architectural firm with project management experience.
• Licensed architect with current registration preferred

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Strategy: Define project scope, budget, and fees, and develop strategic plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Project Management & Coordination: Oversee all project phases, managing schedules, budgets, communications, and documentation for efficient execution.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and guide project teams and consultants while maintaining client relationships and delivering presentations.
• Design & Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of building systems and sustainable/LEED design, ensuring quality and integration into projects.
• Performance & Work Efficiency: Work in a multi-project environment using AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office with strong communication and attention to detail.
