Job summary

The CAR Group (Norm Reeves Dealerships) in North Richland Hills, TX is hiring a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for service customers from check-in to vehicle delivery. You will greet guests, explain maintenance options, prepare estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure quality work.

The role requires prior Service Advisor experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication, empathy, and leadership in team settings. Full-time, onsite with Saturdays, benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive
• Advising customers on maintenance and repair options, including upselling additional services when appropriate
• Preparing accurate service estimates and quotes for customers, ensuring clarity on costs and timelines
• Collaborating with the service technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure accurate service execution
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used, as well as managing service history
• Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle
• Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
• Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
• Process monetary transactions

Location: North Richland Hills, TX (Onsite) | Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $60,000 - $125,000
Schedule: Monday-Saturday | Sundays off with another day off mid- week.

We are seeking a customer-focused and driven Service Advisor to join our team. What You’ll Do
