The position is full‑time and onsite in North Richland Hills, TX with a salary range of $60,000 to $125,000.

Qualifications

• Full time availability and being at least 18 years old.
• Previous Service Advisor experience required.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Creative, positive, team player attitude.
• Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions.
• Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills.
• Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive.
• Advising customers on maintenance and repair options, including upselling additional services when appropriate.
• Preparing accurate service estimates and quotes for customers, ensuring clarity on costs and timelines.
• Collaborating with the service technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure accurate service execution.
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used, as well as managing service history.
• Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle.
• Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes.
• Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score.
• Process monetary transactions.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday | Sundays off with another day off mid- week.
