Job summary

Gurley Leep Honda in Elkhart, Indiana, is seeking a Sales Specialist to guide customers through the car-buying journey with integrity and care.

You will build relationships, explain vehicle features and financing options clearly, and follow up after the sale to ensure lasting loyalty. You’ll also smoothly connect customers with our Service Department to support them long after the sale, contributing to a positive, long-term ownership experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
