Job summary

Norm Reeves Honda in North Richland Hills, TX seeks a dedicated Lube Technician to deliver quick, high-quality service for our guests. You’ll perform oil changes, check fluids, rotate tires, and assist with multi-point inspections to ensure vehicles leave safely and on time.

Join a team focused on safety, integrity, and guest satisfaction. A valid driver's license, 6+ months' experience, and automotive-school training are required; full-time availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience as a lube/express technician.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience at an Automotive School or Program.
• Positive team minded attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guests’ cars on time, as promised.
• Perform oil changes, check batteries, and top off fluids.
• Inspect brake linings and adjust if necessary.
• Rotate, repair, mount, and balance tires according to vehicle standards.
• Conduct multi-point inspections (121-point inspection) and alignment checks.
• Perform minor services including software updates, key programming, and windshield wiper and filter replacements.
• Take detailed notes during and post-inspection.
• Keep work station clean at all times.
• Work with your team to prepare and service vehicles efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
