Habitat for Humanity of Omaha is seeking a Program Associate to support families on their homeownership journey. You will coordinate with Homeownership Counseling, Mortgage, Construction, Acquisition, Finance, and Program teams to manage participant files and ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service and front-line contact with families in housing programs.
• Strong communication across departments to coordinate participant progress.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple files and records.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Homeownership Counseling to transition participants into the program.
• Coordinate with Mortgage, Construction, Acquisition, Finance and Program staff to move files forward.
• Maintain accurate participant files and up-to-date records in Habitat Omaha systems.
• Assist with reports, program metrics, and grant-related documentation.
