Austin Habitat for Humanity, Inc. is seeking a Homeowner Recruitment Specialist to advance homeownership recruitment through employer partnerships, outreach, and lead generation within Austin and surrounding counties.

In this role, you will develop relationships with HR departments, healthcare systems, unions, and educational institutions to create a steady pipeline of prospective homeowners and coordinate handoffs to Client Services for eligibility and enrollment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in relationship-building, outreach, recruitment, sales, business development, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to grow the homeowner pipeline through partnerships with employers and workforce partners in Austin Habitat’s five-county service area.
• Identify and maintain employer and workforce partnerships to promote homeownership opportunities.
• Build relationships with employer partners to promote opportunities through newsletters, information sessions, and presentations.
• Generate homeowner leads through partnerships, outreach, events, referrals, and channels.
• Lead nurture activities with timely follow-ups and informational resources for readiness for referral.
