Confie, including Freeway Insurance and family of companies, seeks a Homeowners Insurance Specialist. You will focus on selling and servicing homeowners policies, guiding coverage options, and building long-term client relationships.

The role offers uncapped commissions, a sign-on bonus up to $4,000, paid training, mentorship, and a broad benefits package. Strong English/Spanish skills are a plus, and a HS diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or P&C license is required.
• 2+ years of homeowners/property insurance experience (sales/servicing).
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage homeowner policies: new, renewals, endorsements, and wrap coverage.
• Negotiate quotes with multiple carriers and ensure compliance.
• Develop referral networks to drive new business growth.
• Build and retain a loyal client base through proactive service and education.
• Consult with clients on policy details, coverages and premiums.
• Meet and exceed sales and retention goals with reporting.
