Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is hiring a Homeowners Insurance Specialist in San Jose, CA to sell and service homeowners policies, leverage inbound leads, and build lasting client relationships. You will guide customers through coverage options, quotes, and ongoing coverage needs while aiming to grow earnings and a strong book of business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of homeowners/property insurance experience in sales, servicing, underwriting or policy quoting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage new homeowners insurance policies, renewals, endorsements and wrap-around coverage to ensure client protection.
• Negotiate competitive quotes, work with multiple carriers and maintain compliance and documentation.
• Develop referral networks with contractors, real estate professionals and others to drive new business.
• Build and retain a loyal client base through proactive communication and education on coverage options.
• Guide clients through policy details—terms, coverages, exclusions and premiums.
• Meet and exceed sales and retention goals and provide regular performance reporting.
